In this class Kamile Kapel blends toning, sing-a-longs, and improvisation with simple theatre games to spark creativity and connection. We’ll move, breathe, and sing our way into presence—finding joy in spontaneous music-making and authentic expression. No experience needed, just a willingness to listen, play, and let your voice be heard.
